While many of these new items received praise and appreciation, one thing became abundantly clear: our patrons have an unwavering passion for our ramen.


After careful consideration and listening to your feedback, we’ve decided to focus on what we do best—ramen. As part of this exciting transition, Doragon Eatery will be unveiling a refreshed menu on or around July 1st, putting the spotlight on our beloved ramen, our award-winning chicken wings, and a variety of our house-made gyoza.

House-Made Gyoza


No visit to Doragon Eatery is complete without trying our house-made gyoza. These delicate dumplings, filled with savory ingredients and expertly pan-fried, have won over the hearts of many. Weekly Specials: Honey Gochujang Katsu Sando


While our primary focus will be on ramen, wings, and gyoza, we haven’t forgotten about some of your new favorites. One popular item making an appearance as a frequent weekly special will be the honey gochujang katsu sando. This sandwich, with its crispy katsu cutlet, spicy-sweet honey gochujang glaze, and perfectly toasted shokupan bread, has been a hit since its introduction.
